My Natural Beauty Tips
Natural beauty is something that (in my opinion) isn't talked about enough. It didn't matter how big or small you were the Greeks recognized nudity as a form of beauty in a non-sexual way because they admired the human body in its natural form... they even did the Olympics nude!
In today's day and age the view of beauty can be pretty warped at times like not being skinny enough, not wearing enough make up, not being the "right" height, and the list goes on...
Today I have made a list of tips that are pretty simple and straight forward, but can really help you to enhance and maintain your natural beauty without make up. So let's get started!

Skin Care
Taking care of your skin is important because your skin is what is a natural barrier surrounding your whole body and when you don't take care of it well you are prone to infections, scars, and wrinkles. To help keep you looking youthful and healthy, I recommend doing some sort of skincare whether it be just rinsing your face with water or using products, anything (for the most part) helps!
A simple routine that I recommend is regularly washing your face with water (especially before or after bed) and using Witch Hazel because it has always helped me out when I have a breakout, and then following it with a not harsh moisturizer afterwards. Hopefully if you try that or something similar, you might see clearer skin and a brighter face!
Teeth
Caring for your teeth can be something looked past very easily, but by brushing your teeth regularly 2 times a day with a good toothpaste it can really brighten your smile and help you to stand out in a good way, plus its always nice feeling your clean teeth!

Lips
Lips are a very beautiful and elegant part of our bodies. Taking good care of them can really add a soft and delicate quality to your beautiful face, so you wont regret taking care of them.
Some simple ways that you can add a little love to your lips can be by keeping them nice and fresh with some good old lip balm! Also for a long term kind way to regularly take time for your lips could be to use a nice lip scrub, and then following it with a lip mask or re-moisturize with lip balm!
Eye Brows
To your surprise, your eyebrows actually have the ability to change the way your whole face looks. Eyebrows are all really different which is why it makes us all unique! They help frame your eyes and your face in general, and thankfully they are a simple fix.
There is no need to just rush over and get your eye brows waxed, but just cleaning them up around the shape they already have and up keeping them regularly can make a huge difference!

Work on Your Posture
Ever wish you could look a bit skinnier, taller, or even stronger? Well to your luck, just sitting and standing up straight can help you in these areas. Sitting up straight and having good posture can make you look and feel more confident and can help you to look more attractive!
Exercise
Exercise doesn't just help with weight loss or muscle building, it also helps you to produce more endorphins, which are literally stress relieving hormones. One advantage that I have found by going to the gym (other than physical progress) has been that I seem to enjoy people more and well they enjoy me too!
Not feeling as stressed and letting those endorphins kick in can really help you to be a happier person and it can leave you feeling and looking better, confident, and you can walk around feeling like you've achieved something; and what's more beautiful then someone who looks and feels good!
More Sleep
Last but not least, getting a good nights rest helps your face to relax after a long day, and in result people seem to shine a little brighter! Good sleep not only makes you naturally look healthy, happy, and bright, but it also makes your eyes more lively, not to mention the added energy.
